Jyotima Sharma is a results-driven professional with approximately 7.8 years of experience in UX design and instructional design. Currently serving as a Learning Experience Designer at CSC Generation since October 2022, Jyotima previously worked as a UX Designer at Infosys from September 2018 to April 2022 and as a Lead Lab Instructional Designer at uCertify.com from November 2013 to January 2018. Jyotima holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Shri Ram Institute of Technology, obtained between 2008 and 2012.
