Roman Sachko is an experienced project manager and business analyst specializing in the implementation of software solutions for the banking and financial sector, as well as ERP/WMS/CRM systems for manufacturing enterprises. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CS Ltd since July 2018, Roman oversees project planning, execution, and risk management while acting as a proxy product owner for SCRUM teams. Previous roles include project management at Sillanium, where responsibilities encompassed business process automation and team management, and business analysis positions at A4 Innovation Centre and PM Standart, focusing on requirements gathering and business process modeling. Roman's experience also includes entrepreneurship as a self-employed business owner from April 2014 to October 2015.
