Terrence Johnston has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Terrence began as an Automotive Technician C-Tech at Smith Haven Auto Group, where they were responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing vehicles, as well as performing NYS auto inspections and general maintenance. In 2018, they joined Overseas Military Sales Group, where they served as a Warranty Specialist, Customer Service Representative Liaison, Pricing Compatibility and Specifications Specialist, and Mailroom Clerk. In 2021, they began working at 24 Hour Fitness as a Sales and Service Expert, where they developed empathetic client relationships and earned a reputation for exceeding sales goals. Terrence also began working at CS Hudson as a Project Specialist.

Terrence Johnston obtained an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Suffolk County Community College between 2014 and 2016.
