Laurent Pieraut, MBA, currently serves as Country Lead at Belcan since January 2024. Prior experience includes CEO of CS GROUP USA from April 2015 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, operational results, and strategic orientation, alongside establishing the subsidiary in 2015. Laurent held the position of President & CEO of CS GROUP - Canada during the same period, driving organic growth and maintaining performance metrics. Previous roles include Executive Consultant at CGI and various positions at Rheinmetall Canada Inc., and Oerlikon Contraves, focusing on product management, project execution, and software engineering. Laurent holds an MBA from McGill HEC Montréal and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, along with an Engineer's degree in Mechanical/Aeronautics from Polytechnique Montréal.
