Nancy Stefanowicz, SPHR, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at NFI since March 2006. In addition to this role, Nancy holds a position as a Board Member at CS Energy since August 2021. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Hess from 1998 to 2006, Manager of Human Resources at Jiffy Lube International from 1996 to 1998, and Manager of Training and Human Resources at Circle K from 1992 to 1996. Early career experience involves working as a Marketing Representative at Gulf Oil from 1987 to 1991. Nancy possesses a Bachelor's degree from Fitchburg State University and has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School.
