Brad Ansell has a robust culinary background with extensive experience in various executive and leadership roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Crystalbrook Collection since June 2019, previous positions include Head Chef, Sous Chef, and demi chef across several prestigious establishments such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where Brad held positions from October 2016 to June 2022. Notable achievements include a brief tenure as Executive Chef at BAILEY HOTEL AND APARTMENTS LIMITED and Head Chef at INFINATE CARE LIMITED. Educationally, Brad holds a degree in Commercial Cookery from Ourimbah TAFE, and has demonstrated versatility by working in diverse culinary environments including apex milk bar and Sodexo.
