Saul Mednick has extensive work experience in the steel fabrication industry. saul started their career in 1980 at Globe Iron Construction Company, where they held various positions, ultimately becoming the General Manager and Chief Engineer. In 2013, they joined Crystal Steel Fabricators as the Chief Engineer and Senior Project Manager, a role they held until 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Crystal Steel Fabricators as the Vice President of Engineering.

Saul Mednick received their Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, studying from 1975 to 1980.
