Jaclyn Sta Maria, MD is currently serving as the Division Lead - Primary Care at Crystal Run Health. Having worked as a Family Practice Physician at the same company, Jaclyn previously held the title of Chief Resident and Family Medicine Resident at New York Medical College. Dr. Sta Maria pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at Far Eastern University - Dr. Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation after obtaining their Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Santo Tomas.
