Joe Ranson is an experienced physiotherapist currently serving as the First Team Physiotherapist and Head of Academy Medical at Crystal Palace Football Club since April 2020. Previously, Joe held the position of Head of Academy Sports Science and Medicine (Physiotherapist) at Charlton Athletic Football Club from October 2017 to April 2020, after starting as a Physiotherapist at the same club from 2014 to 2017. Early in Joe's career, experience was gained as a Band 6 MSK Physiotherapist and Band 5 Rotational Physiotherapist at the NHS from 2012 to 2014. Joe Ranson earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in physiotherapy from the University of Brighton between 2009 and 2012.
