Tim McAdam is an experienced professional with a diverse background in CNC programming, machining, and engineering. Currently serving as Programming Supervisor at Crystal Group since June 2018, Tim oversees the CNC/CMM Department's programmers and operations while maintaining tooling libraries and tool path templates. Tim also works as Lead CNC Programmer and Project Engineer at Horn Racing Products, focusing on design and production for the archery and karting industries. As the owner of McAdam Photography and McAdam Welding & Fab., Tim brings expertise in photography and custom fabrication. Prior roles include CAD Manager and IT Administrator at Reliable Machine & Tool, and Shop Manager at Crow Creek Machine, with earlier experience as a machinist in various companies. Tim held the presidency of the Linn Area Photo Club from 2013 to 2014.
