Tom Olive is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Affiliate Faculty of Practice - Finance at Grand Valley State University while also holding multiple board member positions including LMM, AE Electrical Solutions, and Zip Xpress, all as fiduciary board member for 100% ESOP organizations. Tom has a significant background in leadership, having served as President/CEO of Crystal Flash since 2015 and previously as CEO of TRUE TEXTILES, INC. and President & CEO of Elan Nutrition, Inc. Tom's early career included roles as VP of Finance at American Italian Pasta Company and Director of FP&A at Borden Foods Corporation. Academically, Tom holds a Master of Management in Finance, Strategy & Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Drake University.
