Tim Bratland began their work experience in 1990 as a Financial Analyst at Houlihan Lokey. Tim then moved on to General Mills, where they held various roles including Assistant Marketing Manager and Assistant Manager Promotions. In 1997, Bratland joined DecoPac, Inc. as the Sports Business Marketing/Licensing Manager and later worked their way up to become the Vice President of Marketing. Tim joined Malt-O-Meal Company in 2012 as the Senior Director of Milled and Flaked and Single Serve Business Units Manufacturing Assets. Bratland then joined Post Consumer Brands in 2014 and served as the Vice President and General Manager of Ready to Eat and Hot Cereal Manufacturing Assets, Vice President of Integrated Business Planning and Annual Planning, and Vice President of the Integration Management Office. Most recently, in 2021, Bratland became the President of Crystal Farms Dairy Company.
Tim Bratland attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a double major in Marketing and Finance. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Strategic Planning at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. In 2018, they also attended the Center for Creative Leadership to further develop their skills in leading organizations.
