Jennifer De Martino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the art management and legal sectors. Jennifer began their career in 1998 as a Legal Secretary at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati before moving to Kutak Rock in 2002 for the same role. In 2009, they transitioned to the art industry, starting as a Collections Information Specialist at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art. Over the years, they took on increasingly senior roles, including Assistant Registrar of Collections Information, Associate Registrar | Rights and Reproductions Manager, and Head of Collections Management. From 2016 to 2021, Jennifer served as the Director of Collections Management, and currently, they hold the position of Director of Art Management at Crystal Bridges Museum. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the registration, preparation, and exhibition operations for the museum's permanent collection, as well as managing all artwork owned, borrowed, and exhibited by the museum.

Jennifer De Martino earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Northwest Missouri State University. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Arts in Museum Studies from San Francisco State University from 1998 to 2001.
