John van Gils possesses extensive experience in managerial and business development roles within the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Manager Services at Crux Agribotics since November 2021, John focuses on automation solutions in agriculture and horticulture. Prior to this, John held various positions at Kind Technologies, including Business Manager at both Hortilogics and Beltech & Smart Vision Center, specializing in automated logistics and computer vision systems. Previous roles encompass business development at ImProvia, account management at Fagus Projectmanagement & Advies and Martens en Van Oord, and team management at Van Delft Ingenieurs & Projectmanagers. John holds an HTS degree in Civil Engineering from Hogeschool Midden Brabant and an MTS in Road and Hydraulic Engineering from Spectrum College.
