Paola Jafrancesco has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics. Paola started their career as a Math professor assistant at Liceo scientifico Enrico Fermi in 2015. Later, they worked as a stagiaire at Intesa Sanpaolo in 2017. In the same year, they joined ICONSULTING as a Business Analytics Specialist.

In 2018, Paola became a Big Data Scientist Specialist at Vodafone, where they developed machine learning predictive models for marketing campaigns and provided descriptive analysis for user profiling. Paola also conducted customer journey analysis to provide insights to the marketing team.

In 2020, Paola joined Flowe as a Data Scientist, making high contributions to the design and build of the data lake platform. Paola built data integrations via REST APIs, Azure Functions, and queues messages. Paola also designed and developed ETL workflows to feed their data lake.

In 2023, Paola held the position of Head of Data Analytics at both CRURATED and Genesis Brain, where they oversaw data analytics operations.

Overall, Paola has gained extensive experience in data analytics, ranging from data lake platform development to machine learning modeling and analysis.

Paola Jafrancesco completed their education in a chronological order. Paola attended Liceo Scientifico from 2007 to 2012, where they did not obtain a specific degree or pursue a particular field of study. After that, they enrolled in Seconda Università degli Studi di Napoli from 2012 to 2015 and obtained a Laurea triennale in Mathematics. Following this, from 2015 to 2017, Paola completed a Master's Degree in Stochastics and Data Science as well as Mathematics from Università degli Studi di Torino. Additionally, in June 2016, Paola obtained a certification in SAS Programming 1: Essentials from SAS Institute.
