Morgan Armstrong has a strong background in software engineering. They started their career at Citi in 2013 as an Application Developer and worked there until 2019. In 2019, they joined the Center for Internet Security as a Software Engineer and later became a Senior Software Engineer. Morgan's most recent position is with Crunchyroll, where they are currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer since 2023.

Morgan Armstrong obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science from the University at Albany, SUNY. This education took place from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Morgan Armstrong attended Hudson Valley Community College from 2008 to 2010 and obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Morgan Armstrong has also obtained a certification in AWS Certified Developer - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020.
