Maria Bîrsan has a work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. Maria started their career as an Interpreter at Outreach Moldova in June 2011. Later, they worked as a Dispatch Coordinator at Avis-MMS SRL from February 2016 to January 2022. In April 2022, they joined Crunchyroll as a Customer Service Agent, and simultaneously worked as a Community Feedback Mechanism Operator at World Food Programme.

Maria Bîrsan completed their Bachelor's degree in International Economics at Academia de Studii Economice din Moldova from 2013 to 2015.
