Luciane Carrillo is an experienced professional in customer experience and project coordination, currently serving as the Senior Director of Global SVOD Customer Experience at Crunchyroll. Previously, Luciane held multiple positions at Netflix, including Director of Customer Service for Latin America and Head of Netflix CS in the region, demonstrating strong leadership in customer experience management. Additional experience includes serving as a Training Coordinator at Stanford University School of Medicine and as a Project Coordinator/Business Development Associate at Iinterpret, Inc. Luciane holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Certificate of Achievement in Conflict Management from Golden Gate University.
