Johanne Monsen Tjemsland currently works as a Researcher at Cruit AS since September 2022, supporting senior advisors in the recruitment process for technology professionals and key personnel in knowledge organizations across Norway. Previous experience includes serving as a Veileder at NAV, assisting job seekers over 30 with market opportunities and motivation, and completing a traineeship at Idrettens Karrieresenter, where contributions were made to the development of a digital learning platform for young athletes. Additional roles include academic positions at the University of Bergen and various educational and supportive roles at Krisesenteret i Stavanger and Hana Skole. Johanne holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Bergen and has pursued further studies in sustainable economics and management at NMBU.
