Rocio Romero is a Senior Software Engineer II at Cruise since August 2021, previously holding the role of Senior Software Engineer at Ancestry from November 2017 to June 2021, where involvement included designing and implementing a company-wide CI/CD pipeline and working on various microservices. Prior experiences include serving as a Member of Technical Staff at Wazuh, Inc., focusing on OSSEC HIDS deployment and compliance assessments, and participating in the organizing committee for technology conferences at the University of Seville. Rocio holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Universidad de Sevilla and has completed several specialized programs in Android and iOS development at City College of San Francisco.
