Kameron Swinton is an accomplished recruiting professional with a proven track record in technology recruitments. Currently serving as Head of Tech Talent Acquisition at Cruise since May 2022, Kameron previously held the position of TA Leader at TuSimple, where responsibilities included managing algorithms recruiting. Prior to that, Kameron was a Recruiting Manager at Amazon Web Services, leading global recruiting efforts for multi-billion dollar services and managing large teams across various locations. Kameron's experience also includes roles at Microsoft as Sourcing Leader, where a focus on diversity sourcing and team development was integral, along with positions at Cymer, Proven Inc., Kforce, and ATGi Solutions.
