Reta Clyde is a Solutions Implementation Consultant at Crucial Learning since March 2021, specializing in creating scalable learning experiences that promote lasting behavior change through behavioral science concepts. Prior to this role, Reta worked at HCA Healthcare from July 2015 to March 2021, serving as a Senior Leadership Development Training Specialist, responsible for scaling leadership training and ensuring quality across divisions, and as a Leadership Development Training Specialist, focusing on analyzing learning needs and developing both technical and non-technical training solutions. Reta holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from the University of the Incarnate Word.
