Stennis (Tao) Shen, CPIM, CSSGB, is a seasoned procurement specialist with extensive experience in supplier management and development. Currently employed at CRRC MA since May 2018, Stennis manages over 30 million USD worth of supplier contracts and leads collaborative engineering projects for major subsystems. Previous roles include Supplier Development Manager and Liaison at Specialty Resources, Inc., where Stennis developed strategic business plans and enhanced supplier quality systems. Stennis also interned with Royal Caribbean International and GE Infrastructure, gaining valuable insights into HRIS and logistics processes. Stennis holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and Operation Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Xiamen University.
