Marija Jovanovska currently serves as a Business Analyst at CROZ, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Marija worked at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft from November 2020 to April 2024 as a Program Manager, overseeing the Fraunhofer Research Manager and Transfer Consulting programs. Prior to this role, Marija was an Educational Manager for Executive Education at Fraunhofer Academy from August 2016 to October 2020 and worked in HR Development at Fraunhofer IKS from July 2014 to July 2016. Marija holds a Magister degree in Computational Linguistics and German as a Foreign Language from Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, obtained between October 2009 and June 2014.
