Dan Desilva has extensive experience in the gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as an Assistant Management Accountant at Crown Resorts since March 2011. Dan has also held roles as a Project Manager and Acting Assistant Casino Manager, focusing on strategic direction and accountability. Prior to that, Dan worked as an Area Manager at Crown Casino, overseeing staff management and resource allocation for up to 200 employees. Dan began a career in sales as an Inside Sales Representative at Ralph D'Silva Holden. Educationally, Dan holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University and has pursued further studies at Riccarton High School and Swinburne University of Technology.
