Lenis Figuera is a Benefit Coordinator at Crown Linen, LLC since March 2013, responsible for assisting in the administration of various employee benefit plans such as health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as aiding in the annual benefit open enrollment process. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Assistant at Hitachi Plant Construction from February 2001 to November 2011. Lenis Figuera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Materials and Financial Resources from the University of Simón Rodríguez (UNESR), completed in 2009, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from the University of La Salle (IUTEMAR), obtained in 1990.
