Rebecca Bentley has extensive experience in customer success and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success for Aesthetics (US/INTL) and Therapeutics at Crown Laboratories, Inc. since February 2018. In this role, Rebecca manages the aesthetic and therapeutic OTC customer service team, overseeing an impressive portfolio that includes SkinPen, Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen, and Vita Liberata sunless tanning products. Prior to this position, Rebecca held several roles at Levy Restaurants from March 2000 to February 2018, including Human Resources Director, Staffing Coordinator, and Office Administrator, where contributions included serving as the Assistant HR Director for Churchill Downs and managing staffing operations.
