Dexter Williams serves as the Director at Crown Laboratories, Inc. since June 2022, previously holding the position of Sr R&D Manager. Prior experience includes R&D Manager at WeCool Toys Inc. from February 2019 to February 2022 and Project Leader at Revlon, overseeing commercial development for the Elizabeth Arden portfolio. Dexter has also worked as a Sr Scientist at Lonza, where innovation application leadership was a key focus, and as a Chemist at Polysciences, Inc. with a specialization in skin care product formulation. Earlier roles include Research Scientist at Ashland Inc., focusing on home care encapsulation technology, and Principal Scientist at Johnson & Johnson, leading new surfactant technology for global partners. Dexter holds a BS in Chemistry from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus.
