Lauren Calderhead has a diverse professional background in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Operations Specialist in the Customer Experience Directorate at Crown Commercial Service since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Customer Service Advisor and as an EO Decision Maker at the UK Home Office from July 2017 to January 2020. Lauren also gained experience as a Fundraising and Development Intern at FACT in early 2017. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Events Management from Liverpool John Moores University (2013-2016) and a BTEC Level 3 in Art and Design from Roby Community College (2011-2013), with earlier education completed at Broadgreen International School (2006-2011).
