David Goodlass is an experienced professional in account management and commercial strategy, currently serving as the Head of Account Management - Defence at Crown Commercial Service since January 2019. Prior to this role, David held significant positions including Commercial Head for the Prosperity Fund at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office in 2018, and Commercial Advisor focusing on the Middle East and North Africa at the Department for International Development from 2015 to 2017. David also led the Corporate Category at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs from 2012 to 2015, and spent over 15 years at the UK Ministry of Defence as a Senior Commercial Manager in procurement, starting in 1996.
