Quincy Byrd, JD, currently serves as Senior Attorney for Legal, Tax & Policy at Crown Castle, where responsibilities include providing legal counsel to the tower leasing and acquisition team, managing over 300 pre-litigation disputes annually related to a portfolio of more than 40,000 telecommunications towers and rooftop sites. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at InSite Wireless Group, LLC, executing numerous contracts for real estate development, and as an Associate in the Financial Institutions & Real Estate Group at Reed Smith LLP, where legal advice was provided to real estate developers and lenders. Earlier roles include Senior Real Estate Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, managing commercial mortgage-backed security loans, and serving as an Officer in the US Navy. Quincy Byrd holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a BA in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
