Keven Thompson has extensive maritime experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a 3rd Mate on ATBs on the West Coast and Western Alaska with Crowley Maritime since 2018, Keven previously held roles as Chief Mate and Captain in Prince William Sound, responsible for ship assist and spill response operations. Additional experience includes Chief Mate at Marine Spill Response Corporation, and various captain and mate positions at Trident Seafoods and Western Pioneer, Inc., focusing on seafood processing and coastal freighter operations. Keven’s education includes degrees from Crawford Nautical School, Freemont Maritime Services, MITAGS-PMI Baltimore, and PMI Seattle, along with specialized training in vessel security, GMDSS, and hazardous waste operations.
