Katia Silva Almonte is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR functions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Crowley since January 2023, Katia previously held positions at Eaton, where roles included Human Resources Business Analyst and Human Resources Technician specializing in Labour Relations. Earlier experience includes the role of HR/Accounting Assistant at the Embassy of Canada, providing support with staffing and payroll management, and as Head of Recruitment and Selection at Data Vimenca, overseeing recruitment processes. Katia holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and a degree in Public Accounting from Universidad del Caribe.
