TJ Walstead currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations at Crowley Capital Group since January 2024 and is also the CEO and Founder of Haven, where the focus is on empowering individuals to leverage real estate opportunities. Prior to these roles, extensive experience was gained at Best Buy over a 13-year period, rising through various positions including Senior Product Manager and Lead Business Analyst in the AdTech and MarTech sectors. Earlier experience includes a position as Program Leader at the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Normandale Community College.
