Rod Dalton has a diverse work experience in the banking sector. Rod started their career as a Customer Service Specialist at Synovus in 2014 and then moved on to Fidelity Bank as a Customer Service Representative in 2015. At Fidelity Bank, they also served as an Account Maintenance Specialist and a KYC Analyst. In 2019, Rod joined Truist as an AML/KYC Analyst for Truist Bank. Rod then worked as an Anti-Money Laundering Investigator at Bmo Bank of Montreal in 2020. Rod's most recent role was as a Commercial Payment Risk Analyst at Regions Bank from October 2020 to March 2023. Currently, they are working as a Financial Review Team Lead at Crowe starting from March 2023.

Rod Dalton attended Valdosta State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
