Lycia May has extensive experience in quality assurance and systems analysis, currently serving as a QA Analyst at Crowe since September 2017 and as a QA Consultant at iLAB since November 2014. Prior to these roles, Lycia worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst III at RealMed from September 2005 to March 2014 and held the position of Insurance Systems Analyst at Conseco from 2001 to 2005. Lycia May obtained a degree from Indiana University Bloomington between 1995 and 1999.
