Shyam Rajaram is a Senior Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Okta, Inc., since May 2019, specializing in secure identity management. With previous experience as a Software Consultant at VMware from 2014 to 2019, Shyam developed tailored IT solutions for strategic accounts and managed comprehensive project implementations. Prior roles include Application Support Engineer and Business Analyst at InComm, where Shyam focused on application maintenance, automated testing, and project management. Education includes a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Georgia State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering. Shyam is also a member of PreSales Collective since October 2021.
