Suzana John has been working in the marketing and operations field since 2020. Suzana began their career as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Volume in 2020. In 2021, they took on the role of Brand Strategist at Shuraa Business Setup, and is currently Head of Brand and Marketing at CrowdPad. In 2020, they also held the role of Marketing and Operations at Unschool, where they achieved the target and made a total revenue of Rs 16,700.

Suzana John completed their Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology in 2021. Suzana also attended Gems Our Own English High School, Dubai from 2003 to 2017. Additionally, Suzana has obtained certifications in Content Writing and Marketing, Graphic Designing, Social Psychology, and Google Analytics (Beginners) from Unschool and Wesleyan University in 2020, and Google in May 2020, respectively.
