Tim Aarsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract advising and training within the fields of public space management and construction. Currently, Tim serves as the owner and advisor at GWW Contractadvies since November 2022, alongside roles as a lecturer at Bouwmeesters Training en Advies and a contract specialist at Liander. Tim's background includes serving as a senior contract manager and advisor for the Gemeente Montferland and an advisor for the CROW organization, focusing on contract frameworks such as UAV, RAW, and UAVgc. Tim has also held various positions related to managing client relationships, developing training courses, and providing consultancy in contract management across multiple organizations from 2003 onwards. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Civil Engineering from MTS Boerhavestraat and training from Stichting CROW.
