Paula Dendis serves as the Director of Information Technology at Crouse Health since January 2015, leading IT operations across two hospitals and overseeing a diverse array of over 150 applications, including Cerner and Allscripts Patient Flow. Dendis successfully managed a comprehensive EMR implementation impacting 90% of hospital staff and has been instrumental in numerous large-scale projects, including network security initiatives and IT budget management exceeding $40 million. Previously, Dendis held various leadership roles at Excellus BCBS, including Director of Strategic Program Management, and has extensive project and program management experience from positions at ShoreGroup, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and Accenture. Dendis holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University.
