Marilyn Soper is the current Director at Crotched Mountain Foundation. Marilyn has previous experience as a supervisor at CASA of NH, where they supervised and trained volunteer guardians ad litem. Marilyn is also a founding member of Addiction Awareness Council and has served on the board of New Hampshire Marilyn'storical Society. In addition, they are a retired executive director of Giving Monadnock and a retired real estate appraiser of Wildwood Associates, Inc. Prior to that, they were the resident services coordinator at MSHA.

Marilyn Soper has a Master's degree in American & New England Studies from the University of Southern Maine, and a B.S.Ed. from Wheelock College.
