Victor Dendere has diverse experience in accounting and finance. Victor is currently working as an Accountant at Trendset Tax & Advisory since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Accountant at Crossvale from July 2020 onwards. Before that, they worked as an Accounts Assistant at Crossvale from December 2017 to June 2020. Victor also worked as an Assistant Accountant at Baines Imaging Group from September to December 2017. Victor started their career as a Finance & Administrative Assistant at World Vision Zimbabwe from September 2014 to April 2016. Victor gained initial experience as a Finance and Admin Intern at Southern African Parliamentary Support Trust from February 2012 to August 2014.

Victor Dendere pursued their education in the field of accounting. In 2019, they completed the Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business from ACCA. Victor then obtained the certification of Chartered Certified Accountant from ACCA Global in February 2019. Currently, Victor is enrolled in Oxford Brookes University, where they are studying for a BSc (Hons) Applied Accounting degree, which is expected to be completed in 2021.
