Her client work has spanned 18 years, working with global corporations, e-commerce start-ups and small businesses as well as non-profit organizations. In the last several years, Pam has become a member of the Frontier Angel Fund, investing in and supporting start-up businesses.
Prior to 1999, Pam had a career of more than 20 years holding executive HR positions with Cowles Media Company/Star Tribune and with First Bank System, both in Minneapolis. She also has been a member of the board of directors for several organizations, serving as both the chair of their HR committees as well as Treasurer and Board Chair. In those capacities, she led or participated in many committees, including oversight of investment fund management. Pam received her master’s in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 1980.
