John Gillispie serves as the Community Pastor at Crossroads Church in Cincinnati, OH, starting in June 2018, and has held several leadership roles including Director of Site Support for First Impressions and Director of First Impressions. Prior to this, John worked at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated from May 2015 to June 2018, progressing through positions such as Senior Director for Region Large Store and Field Director for Walmart & Club. Experience with Coca-Cola Refreshments from October 2010 to May 2015 includes roles such as Business Manager and District Sales Manager. Earlier, John was a Coca-Cola CAMPUS Ambassador at Momentum Worldwide, responsible for marketing on college campuses and establishing business relationships. John’s career began with an outdoor pursuits graduate assistant position at the University of Kentucky, where responsibilities included planning outdoor trips and managing recreation center staff. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Kentucky.
