Simone Felix currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Crossroads Distribution since January 2024. Simone's career includes significant experience in skills development as a Skills Development Manager at PEP from January 2015 to February 2021 and earlier roles in training and development at PEP and Mediclinic. Simone's expertise encompasses talent management, industrial relations, and human resources, supported by a strong educational background that includes a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from GIBS Business School and a Master of Education focusing on Adult Learning from the University of the Western Cape.
