Justin Lappin joined Crosspoint in 2021 and is a Senior Associate in the Boston Office. Prior to joining Crosspoint, he worked as an Associate at Providence Strategic Growth focused on B2B software and tech-enabled services investing. Justin began his career in investment banking, first at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Leveraged Finance Underwriting group and then later at Lazard as an Analyst in the Technology group focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and other Corporate Financial Advisory matters. Justin received his B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Financial Analysis from the University of New Hampshire.
