Vipin Mathew has been working in the corporate and digital space since 2022, when they were appointed as Head of Corporate and Digital at Crosspay. Prior to this, they worked at Bahrain Financing Company (BFC) from 2009, in a variety of roles including Zonal Manager-Retail Branches, Retail Branches Sales Manager, Product Manager, Senior Accountant and Accountant.

Vipin Mathew completed their Secondary School from Indian School, UAE in 2002. Vipin then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Kristu Jayanti College Of Management And Tech in the field of Commerce and Computer Science from 2002 to 2005. Finally, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Anna University in the field of International Business from 2009 to 2011.
