Simon Gilbert is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in IT service delivery and support. Currently serving as IT Service Delivery Manager at Cross Manufacturing Company (1938) Ltd since April 2004, Simon oversees IT systems, infrastructure, and network security for a 400 user network. Previously, at Chase de Vere from May 1998 to April 2004, Simon functioned as a Network/System Support Analyst, managing a 500 user network and providing technical support within established SLAs. Simon began a career in IT at Radan Computational Ltd. as a Project Engineer Administrator and Trainee Bench Engineer from October 1994 to May 1998, following education at Beechen Cliff School from 1988 to 1994.
