Lijo Joy is an experienced application manager and former application developer at Crosskey, having served in that role since July 2014. Prior to this, Lijo held positions as a software engineer at IBM from July 2012 to July 2014, where responsibilities included development work for Verizon. Additionally, Lijo worked as a senior software engineer at Polaris Software Lab from September 2010 to October 2011, providing software consulting for Citibank's retail banking portal. Earlier career experience includes roles at Cyspan Systems as a software engineer and at Maize Technologies as a software engineer. Lijo holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from the Regional Institute of Cooperative Management in Bangalore, India.
