Emily O’Hearn is an accomplished marketing and media professional with extensive experience in the sports and entertainment industries. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Operations at CrossFit, LLC since December 2020, Emily has held multiple roles including Sr. Manager, Media Operations and Content Operations Manager for the CrossFit Games. As the Owner and Executive Producer of naeco creative, a media and production management company, Emily specializes in digital brand strategy and social media management. Previous roles include Senior Producer at productionglue, Media Director at Loud and Live for the Wodapalooza CrossFit Festival, and Senior Special Projects Producer at the University of Florida. Emily's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Florida and a BA in Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas.
